What do you like most about Stage Coding?

One of many things that I love about Stage Coding is the fact that we are like a small family. When it comes to work we strive to do our best and we are a motivated team. Whenever you encounter a problem you always have someone to ask and they will gladly help and together you create these friendships and you know you are in it together.

How has Stage Coding helped you in your career development?

I actualy did an internship at Stage Coding and I guess they saw a potential and invested a lot of time and patiance which I am greatful for. We always learn something new from our seniors and they give great advice. Also at Stage Coding I have encountered I lot of diverse projects and that realy pushes you to learn quickly and ultimately expands you knowledge and builds you career.

What is on your wish list for the next 5years with Stage Coding?

First thing I would say is to gain a lot of experience not just in Mobile development but in other technologies.

Second one would be that I bring in more people and pass my experience and knowledge on other members.

Third would be that we expand our team and reach out to more customers around the world and would be known for our quality of work.

How do you define success in life?

My belief is that ultimate success doesn't lay in material things, it can help you reach it but you can't fulfil the human desires. Focusing on helping others and actualy doing good deeds is what will make you successful. Having good character and doing what you do as best as you can with passion and commitment

In your opinion, what are the hallmark traits of a great Flutter developer?

Hallmark traits of a flutter developer or any developer in my humble opinion would be:

- Always learn new things about you job

- Don't think that you have all the knowledge of the world because when you think you know everything (and you can't know) you won't learn new things

- Help others because teaching others not only will you help someone out but you will also furher cement you knowledge

- Be patiant and greatful

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

I try to learn some new things regarding my job. I spend time with my loved ones, visit familiy members and catch up with friends. I like to go for a hike from time to time it helps you clear you mind and also the views are amazing. Also I like doing work around my house, gardening fixing things that sort of thing.
