Name and Contact Data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.

Social Media Login Data. We provide you with the option to register using social media account details, like your Google Suite, or other social media account.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected. Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our websites. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Sites. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Site and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Sites, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

To facilitate the account creation and login process with your Consent. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google Suite account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate the account creation and login process.

To send administrative information to you for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and/or possibly Contractual. We may use your personal information to send you product, service, and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

Fulfill and manage your orders for Contractual reasons. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Sites.

To post testimonials with your Consent. We post testimonials on our Sites that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. Administer prize draws and competitions for our Business Purposes and/or with your Consent. We may use your information to administer prize draws and competitions when you elect to participate in competitions.

Request Feedback for our Business Purposes and/or with your Consent. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Sites.

To protect our Sites for Business Purposes and/or Legal Reasons. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Sites safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).

To enable user-to-user communications with your Consent. We may use your information in order to enable user-to-user communications with each user's consent.

To enforce our terms, conditions and policies for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and/or possibly Contractual.

Compliance with Laws. Hosting Services. The current tool we use to store and manage personal data is Airtable, whose server information and GDPR compliance is described in their Privacy Policy. They have been certified by the Barr Certifications LLC for their compliance with ISO27001.

Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Sites, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with the Sites over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. Unless described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Firstly, we use Google Analytics, which uses its own cookies. It is only used to improve how our Site works. Clearbit is part of our analytics as well, we use it to better understand our customers and personalise our sales and marketing interactions with our solutions. You can find here how they protect your information.

4.3 Social Media Cookies. These cookies are used when you share information using a social media sharing button or “like” button on our Site or you link your account or engage with our content on or through a social networking website such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter. The social network will record that you have done this.

4.5 Pixel tags. We may also use pixel tags (which are also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) on our Site to track the actions of users on our Site. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device by a website, pixel tags are embedded invisibly on webpages. Pixel tags measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the Site, so that we can manage our content more effectively. EU and UK Individuals

This section applies solely to individuals in the United Kingdom and European Union, provided however that reference to the EU also includes certain non-EU countries, including, where applicable, Switzerland and the European Economic Area countries of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. Our Privacy Policy describes why and how Pangea.ai collects, uses, and stores your Personal Data, the lawful basis on which your Personal Data is processed, and what your rights and our obligations are in relation to such processing (please see “Your Rights” section below).

Pangea.ai is based in Switzerland. When you use our Site or any of our services, your Personal Data may be transmitted to our service providers supporting our business operations (described above). In case we require to transfer your Personal Data across the border of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we will take steps to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of protection where it is processed and your rights continue to be protected.

You can use the Sites without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Services.

8. CHILDREN

Pangea.ai does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Sites.
