Be courageous, never stop being curious and be ready to trust your teammates as this enables you to discover the true power of teamwork.

What is on your wish list for the next 5 years with Kalmia?

To develop a company into a trusted and recognized partner for digitalisation and web3 development.

How do you define success in life?

The biggest success is finding the right balance between everyday work and family while keeping having fun along the way.

When I'm in a flow that is a result of a perfect relationship between being challenged and delivering to the expectations.

If you were stuck on an island, what three things would you bring?

A laptop with a working internet connection, matches and knife. But of course, I'm willing to give up all of this for a magic box that would teleport me home. :)
