How do you describe your work personality vs. your home life personality?

A human being is a social creature, so obviously that a relationship, especially a good relationship is a crucial part of our lives.

You should build a strong relationship with people around you wherever you are, at work or at home.

For me personally, a strong relationship could be built on wisdom (including self-awareness), trust, and clear communication.

There is not enough to pass ISTQB or any other certification to be a cool professional. Yes, it is definitely a great bonus to your technical skill and for you as a professional as you should know the best practices of coding or testing but the wisdom is about something else. It is about you feeling what and how to say, or taking the right action in an extreme situation based on your ability to take a risk. It is readiness always to help, explain and support other people. Whether it is your co-worker or husband.

When you are a wise and self-aware person, the people around you will treat you respectfully. So you will build a second aspect of a good relationship - trust. Your colleagues will follow your advice and delegations because they know that you always make the right decisions. Your husband will ask your opinion and will listen to you because he knows that you listen to yourself - a wise and self-aware person.

Last but not least - clear communication. Always speak up. In any unclear, uncomfortable, or confusing situation. When you are glad, upset, irritated, any. Explain your concerns and suggestions on how to go out of the unpleased situation. Share your happiness and thanks to the people around you if you are in good mood or achieved something. It means a lot to others.

Both my personalities - work and life - follow the treats above and I have never been a regret of it.

Why did you join Inoxoft, and what has kept you here?

Almost a year ago, I was considering three job offers.

On the last day of my thinking, Viktoriia (HR from Inoxoft) contacted me and asked about a chance to conduct the interview.

I wanted to refuse as I almost made a decision and accepted an offer from another company. But Viktoriia insisted.

It is the first reason why I choose Inoxoft. Even in the last seconds, they do not give up and make it all very fast.

After the interview, I got an offer from Inoxoft as well. Despite the fact of having offers from a bigger company, the company with a higher rate, I choose Inoxoft. I can not explain it rationally, I just knew that this is my company (self-awareness! :) ).

I listened to how they speak with each other, I saw on their company page on Facebook how they celebrate together, I felt that they are living at work, not just working. So, I trusted my intuition and choose Inoxoft. And yes, they are easy-going people who are glad for each other, grow together, do all their best to make you feel at home, not at work.

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of Inoxoft?

I am almost sure that at least once you heard on interviews what company, where you were applying, has no bureaucracy. All your suggestions and improvements matter and will be taken into consideration. Inoxoft is a company where it works!

I understand that size of our company allows us to get rid of bureaucracy, but still, this is extremely valuable to understand that you can directly speak with SEO and share your thoughts, and ask for advice.

One more aspect is working with skilled people. You have not to chance - only grow as a professional here.

And you will like it and want to grow more as you can feel the support and help of your PM, supervisor, and co-workers.

What's your motto or personal mantra?

Don't be upset if something goes not in the way you want to. Soon you will understand that it was for the best.

How has Inoxoft helped you in your career development?

Inoxoft just gave me a chance to be stronger and perform stress testing on myself. I went out of my limits and understood that I can more. It encouraged me and gave me more self-assurance.

In Inoxoft I met professionals. I saw how our management thinks, acts, and behaves. I can firmly say that I found my role model here and I know what to learn to grow as a professional and as a person.
