Time to meet the Head of People Operations at Inoxoft, Iryna!
Why did you join Inoxoft, and what has kept you here?
My cooperation with the company started even before I was officially hired. I was a consultant on development (launching) of Allocation Management direction. The cooperation with one of the cofounders (Maxym ) and with other working group members was so easy and productive that at some point I realized that was the company I wanted to be a part of. I was fascinated with the founders’ openness to new experiences, speed of decision making, company’s culture and values.
Several months later I accepted a job offer on the position of the Head of People Operations department and still believe it was one of my best career decisions.
I stay with Inoxsoft, as here an unbelievable friendly and comfortable working atmosphere is harmoniously combined with constant movement ahead and improvement of the processes together with the profesional level of each individual.
Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?
I'm in love with Ukrainian folk dances. It's a hobby of my whole life, since ukrainian traditions inspires me and shows what a wonderful culture we have.
Are you an iPhone or android type of person?
I'm fully iPhone type person, it's much easier and user friendly, especially in terms of working applications
What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?
My primary responsibilities are managing, developing and extending 4 PO directions:
- People Business Partnership
- Employer Brand Management
- Learning & Development
- planning and alignment the department performance with strategic Сompany goals
- developing and establishing internal processes
- assigning business goals within PO managers
- creating department vision and positioning within the company
- researching, analyzing and implementing general HR trends and best practices
- ensuring and evaluating quality and efficiency of department performance, processes
- budget ownership for Department
- set-up, update and improve key performance indicators
- provide statistics
- cooperation with Department Heads in order to improve performance by utilizing skills and knowledge of department members
time to rest with InoXoft
How do you balance your career at Inoxoft and friends & family?
As for me it's not about work-life balance, since it's all about life. I met at InoXoft great people, who became my friends and with whoom we can rest, have fun and make good things done. So I just need to be a good self orginsed person that to manage all my work and family duties :)
