What is the best vacation you’ve been to?

The most enjoyable vacation I've ever been on is Kalkan in Turkey.

Before working at Airbyte, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

The most interesting job I've had to date was as a tree surgeon.

I worked as a tree surgeon during my gap year and was probably one of the most enjoyable jobs I've had.

What did you want to be when growing up?

I always wanted to be a lifeguard as I loved the sea, however, having lived inland for my entire life, with the closest beach being around 3hrs away it wasn't too realistic.

How do you balance your career at Airbyte and friends & family?

I always find it difficult, however, It helps to plan my weeks out in advance, booking everything into my calendar.

Why did you join Airbyte, and what has kept you here?

I believe in the mission, vision and think we have a team capable to deliver excellent work on a daily basis.

Are you an iPhone or android type of person?

Previously I was all iPhone but since my switch to Android last year, I haven't looked back. The UI takes some getting used to but the software is far superior.
