Hububb brings the day-to-day work of short-term rental management into one platform. We built it from scratch to manage reservations, OTA calendars, guest communication, cleaning, linen, maintenance, service workflows, reporting and analytics. The platform also supports AI-assisted operations and dynamic pricing, helping property teams reduce manual coordination and improve revenue decisions.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Landlords juggling multiple platforms with no single view
Property hosts were managing listings, calendars, and guest messages across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and other channels separately. Every rate change or availability update meant logging into multiple dashboards, increasing the risk of double bookings and missed messages. The client needed one platform where landlords could control everything from a single screen - without needing to touch individual OTA accounts again.
No way to coordinate property services at scale
Cleaning, linen, maintenance, and guest support were handled through separate vendors with no shared schedule or accountability. Landlords were texting cleaners, chasing handymen, and hoping turnovers happened on time. The client needed a built-in services marketplace where vetted providers could be booked, tracked in real time, and tied directly to each checkout - removing the landlord from the coordination loop entirely.
Three user groups, each needing a different experience
Hububb serves landlords, an internal operations team, and third-party service providers - each with completely different workflows. Landlords needed a simple onboarding and management experience. Operations needed full visibility across every property and guest. Service providers needed mobile task execution with photo verification. The challenge was building three connected applications that shared real-time data without adding complexity to any single user's experience.
Payments scattered across channels with no unified view
Rental income was arriving through different OTAs, each with its own payout schedule, currency, and fee structure. Landlords had no single place to see what they had earned or when they would be paid. The client needed an integrated wallet and payout system that consolidated earnings across every channel, supported multiple currencies and payout methods, and handled chargebacks and damage deposits without landlord involvement.
