We built a centralized property intelligence SaaS platform for a luxury real estate company managing a growing portfolio of high-end properties across Dubai. The solution consolidated asset and tenant data, automated workflows, and delivered real-time analytics dashboards — enabling evidence-backed decisions on maintenance, occupancy, and resource allocation. The team operated autonomously with PM, BA, and Tech Lead.

Challenge
The client needed a solution to streamline communication between property managers and tenants across their portfolio. Their existing process relied on emails and messaging apps, with no centralized platform to track property management activities. Without a centralized data, reporting across the portfolio was manual — making it impossible to track KPIs or identify issues at scale. This led to operational inefficiencies, scattered information, and a lack of analytics.
