Our client operates in the Dubai real estate investment market. Traditional platforms force investors to scroll endlessly, while brokers face low-quality leads and limited insight into buyer intent. Their vision was a conversational, data-driven SaaS platform that captures investor goals, connects brokers with qualified prospects, and ingests, normalizes and scores unstructured property data in real time — built from scratch with multi-role access and subscription tiers.
