Why did you join Wolfpack Digital, and what has kept you here?

I joined Wolfpack Digital because it is the type of company that fits my needs, has a medium-size team, a variety of projects and is also a place where I can grow and challenge myself every day.

The people and the company culture are what kept me here. I feel my work is appreciated and I do my job with passion every day.

How has Wolfpack Digital helped you in your career development?

I love iOS development and I'm doing it with pleasure for almost 10 years now.

At Wolfpack Digital I can keep learning and be up to date with the latest technologies and at the same time, I had the opportunity to develop a new role, as a Scrum Master, with the full support of the company.

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of Wolfpack Digital?

There are multiple things: the team, projects variety, the way Wolfpack Digital helps you with your career development and how it’s very flexible when it comes to new things you want to try out or change.

At Wolfpack Digital we have the best team events and we have a lot of fun together.

The company gives you so much support for personal growth and also I feel really appreciated every day.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

I like to spend my free time with family and friends. Usually, I like to play board games with my friends, visit different places or just relax with a good movie.

I love to travel and meet different people and cultures so I enjoy it every time I have the opportunity.

How do you define success in life?

I’d say it’s about waking up in the morning with a lot of energy because a new day just started and there are a lot of challenges waiting for you.

I think it really matters to do what you do with passion and also be able to balance a healthy amount of stress with fun and satisfaction.

Success also means having people around you that motivate and help you to get better every day.
