I first learned about Web Factory through a post on social media in which they were looking for new interns. I was at a point in my studies where an internship was mandatory, so I thought I'd try my luck and apply there. And here I am 5 years later, leading a project, mentoring, and deploying production builds :)
My advice to prospective candidates would be to remain curious. To tinker and experiment on their own, beyond what a course or a college would teach.

Both the internship, along with my mentor, and the projects I worked on afterwards pushed me to improve my skills, by presenting me with challenging and interesting problems to solve.
My answer would have been different a year or two ago. As of right now, the most challenging aspect for me is time management. Allotting enough time for each responsibility in such a way that I don't interrupt anyone's work is still something I am getting used to.

I used to be an avid book fan, and with the lockdown situation, I finally had the time to go back to reading more. I especially prefer fantasy and history, though I enjoy reading classic literature as well, and I have been meaning to pick up psychology/philosophy as well.
When I'm not hunched over a book, I'm usually playing games, either board or video, or working on a story of my own.
Web Factory is my first ever work experience, both full time and internship. I went into it completely unprepared and clueless, and I'm glad I took that chance. It has been an amazing journey since then, I can wait to see more.
There are a lot of things that make me happy, and I haven't reflected on myself long enough to be able to say what makes me the happiest. In the broadest sense possible, being able to help solve a problem does the trick for me.

I do have one, yes. Ironically enough, it's "Shorty", despite me being the tallest person in the office. And also Rende, which means cheese shredder but this one comes from my last name. I ain't such a cheese lover or cheese shredder expert :)
I'll just assume I'll have enough food and water to survive, because even if I bring survival tools, I'm clueless as to how to use them. So, to help pass the time, I'd bring a kindle, a hammock and a prayer that the kindle's battery does not run out any time soon.
I used to be a big Guns N’ Roses fan in high school, so I'd like to see what a day in the life of Slash looks like.
Like most kids, I really wanted to be an astronaut growing up. I was fascinated by the stars and planets, and I remember my parents giving me all these books and encyclopedias about astronomy which only made me want it more.
