Why did you join UppLabs, and what has kept you here?
During my interview with CEO Upplabs, I felt relaxed and cosy. I found him very intelligent. Since the day first day, I am getting a dose of new knowledge and expertise. This keeps me here
My family
What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?
My duties include but are not limited to:
- Take ownership of managing and refining the backlog in JIRA
- Manage work allocation across our in-house and external development teams
- Run sprints and scrum meetings to plan, monitor and deliver work
- Assess and determine the tasks to be worked on for current and upcoming sprints
- Define and document sprint items in collaboration with feature owners and the developers
- Ensure progress of all deliverables remains updated, adjust based on meeting outputs
How do you spend your time outside of the office?
I like my garden. Almost all of my free time I spend there. I am talking to my flowers while I am watering them
How do you balance your career at UppLabs and friends & family?
I like my job, however, my family stands at the front line. Time with family gives me a booster for new achievements.

How do you define success in life?
I believe success is inside your mind. Every day you should remember that. We build our future and it depends only on us. I know that a happy person is never poor.
