Why did you join STRONGBYTES, and what has kept you here?

Strongbytes is known as the place where you can find great technology experts and leaders of the local IT community of Iasi.

By talking to to CTO during the job interview I confirmed that they are leading exciting projects and this is a company with great potential.

It goes without saying that I could not refuse the job offer.

Here I enjoy the internal friendships and communities, minimal bureaucracy, and ease of communication with my colleagues.

How do you define success in life?

Success means being the master of your own time.

Time is your most valuable asset. You are successful when you can freely decide how, where, how much, and with whom you want to spend it.

What advice do you have for prospective STRONGBYTES candidates?

Make a priority from developing other skills as well as technical ones.

You have to be knowledgeable of general software development concepts and paradigms as well as have purely technical skills.

Be curious and willing to learn how and why things work in a certain way rather than just knowing what are they used for.

How has STRONGBYTES helped you in your career development?

For me, Strongbytes is the place where anyone dedicated and ambitious enough can build a successful career. Here is all about opportunities to start, initiatives to take, and putting your ideas into action with a great team of professionals.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

I love learning and doing things. I can say I’m never bored!

In my spare time, I try to learn about new technologies and keep up with trends.

Other than that, I read books, watch TV series, and do sports.

If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

It's more about what I would like to do than whom I would like to be.

I love fast cars and driving at high speeds, so I would like to be an F1 driver.

I would not bother with taking pictures.

I would take this opportunity and enjoy every minute of high speed driving on the track knowing that the next day I would wake up safely in my bed.
