Why did you join Nignite, and what has kept you here?

At that time I was curious to learn new skills and this was a perfect opportunity since my position combines 3 different skills: HR skills, Office Management, and Public relations-related activities. From day one, I had great support and encouragement to make progress.

Also, I felt safe because I knew that my team will be there to mend any kind of issue if it appears. All that combined with the appreciation of my contribution to the company is quite enough to be happy to be a part of this amazing company.

How has Nignite helped you in your career development?

Being part of Nignite helped me develop good organization and time management skills. I have more experience in working with people and understanding what makes a healthy working environment. With each day, I learn more, through different situations and projects and that is beyond valuable to me.

Working here has taught me how important practice is other than theoretical knowledge and for that I am deeply thankful.

What are 3 words to describe Nignite?

Three words to describe Nignite are verve, friendliness, and professionalism.

When it comes to projects and problem-solving, our people are always ready to get to grips with any problem with energy and determination. There are times when we have good laughs and fun, but it is complementary to being professional and getting things done. That's one more thing that I love about this company- balance.

Before working at Nignite, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

The most interesting job that I had before working at Nignite was filming weddings abroad. It lasted for a short time, but it was so much fun since I learned about other cultures and their ways of celebrating big moments. I had a few different jobs, but one thing is definitely in common: if you work hard and strive towards your goals, success is inevitable. Also, it is ok to switch jobs in order to find a job that you love.

Fell in love with skiing on a trip with my colleagues this winter.

What's your favorite quote, or motto?

It would deffinitely be: nothing is impossible.

We tend to believe that we cannot achieve something or overcome difficulties, but one thing that I learned is that we are not aware how much strenght, potential and capability is hidden in all of us. Never allow doubts and fear to keep you from your plans and goals.

What's your favorite line from a movie?

The first one that comes to my mind is: "There's no place like home."

We all know that one is from The Wizard of Oz. This movie quote resonates with me from time to time when I miss my hometown and reminds me never to forget where I am coming from, no matter where I go. Even if I visit all the places I want, there will always be a special place in my heart for my hometown, Vranje.
