Why did you join Montecha, and what has kept you here?

I came to Montecha completely by accident, but I stayed totally on purpose. The moment they advertised for HR, I was looking for a new, challenging job, and a match happened.

There are many reasons for me staying in this company, but the main ones are definitely a clear business goal and great care for employees. The owners of the company and I have the same business view and we believe that employees are the biggest and most important resource.

I am completely honest when I say that I enjoy doing my job in Montecha every day.

How has Montecha helped you in your career development?

I would say- in several ways. I came to Montecha as an HR with several years of work experience, but none in the IT industry. After two meetings, they estimated that our energies matched and decided to give me a chance. They introduced the IT world to me.

With full support and the opportunity to further improve and educate, I started my journey in IT. At the same time, I had complete freedom to implement things in the field of HR, work with employees, motivation, and development.

I think it is very important that your voice is heard and appreciated, that you have the chance to fully autonomously manage the processes you are an expert in, and to have support, both financial and overall, to make things better.

How do you define success in life?

Success is a sincere smile on your face. Success is a peaceful dream. Success is a harmonious family. Success is a job that gives you pleasure and fulfills you.

I have a few:

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends the most. When I have more days off, I like to travel and meet other countries, cities, cultures, and people. Also, I am a passionate environmental activist, so on weekends, I like to go on a walk or have a picnic. It is important to me that the activity is outdoors.

When it comes to hobbies, I like to paint. It makes my mind calm and creative.
