Partnership, trust, creativity, passion and growth - these are the values that are behind everything we do. The atmosphere is one of the key factors for Merixstudio; it’s more than just a regular workplace, it’s a place where we pursue passions, share knowledge, and grow on many levels.
Time to meet the QA Engineering Manager at Merixstudio, Dorota!
Merixstudio has allowed me to learn many things, and I think the company thinks very seriously about the development of the employees.
My interests in particular testing areas like automation or performance testing were (and still are!) taken into account and transformed into my career goals. I met many specialists, full of passion for their profession, whom I observed in my everyday work and from whom I had the opportunity to learn every day.
I had a chance to prove myself as a Team Leader and a QA Engineering Manager, taking responsibility for developing a group of QA specialists and setting up and coordinating QA activities.
I would say that my favourite line from a movie is Dory's famous quote: “Just keep swimming”, from Finding Nemo
Dorota Spławska
I've always thought of myself as a neutral person rather than an iPhone or Android type of person, but last year I bought my first iPhone and became a true fan. I love the quality of the photos and videos and how easy it is to share them with my husband and his iPhone.
I really like the atmosphere in the company, there is always space to exchange ideas and opinions. Merixstudio creates a friendly work environment - which translates into increased job satisfaction and makes you want to be here.
I really enjoy my daily duties.
I really enjoy spending my free time with my husband - we like binge-watching Netflix TV series together and going for long walks with our dog.
Additionally, whenever I have a free moment, I like to read, especially the crime genre; it's the kind of literature that always captures my attention.
I'm not really passionate about certain sports, but I try to jog or go to the gym every day.
I think it would be interesting to see what it's like to be an astronaut, working on a space station and seeing Earth from a different perspective.
We’re delighted that Dorota decided to join Merixstudio – it’s been great having them on board! If you have any questions or want to get to know Dorota or one of their colleagues from the Merixstudio team, we can put you in touch. Don’t hesitate to reach out!
