Time to meet the Project manager at Lloyds digital, Vedrana!

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

My primary responsabilities are to handle projects in daily base.

Every morning my days starts with To do list and with prioritizing tasks and projects.

Every week we have daily meetings internaly with team leads and with clients to go over project status. My role is very chelanging and I need to guide my team and as well handle clients needs :)

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of Lloyds digital?

The most exciting aspect of my company is definitely people.

Every person is individual and we as project managers need to have a specific communication with people and team.

The most challenging of course is to combine happy people and happy clients :)

In every day to day task we have good and bad things to handle, but the way we manage to fix challenges, this is exciting.

What is the best vacation you’ve been to?

The best vacation i ve been to is Mauritius island 3 years from today.

The reason why is because it's a totally different country, people and temperature. Here in Croatia where I live it was December, cold as every winter.. and in Mauritius was 30 degrees, lot of people who were prepared to celebrate New years eve.

It was definitely the most far away place to visit in my life. I would definitely go there again.

How do you balance your career at Lloyds digital and friends & family?

I enjoy spending time in my company. But as well I love my family and friends.

In order to balance those 2 parts, a person needs to be smart and handle everything 100%.

My working hours are mostly from 7 until 3 pm so after 4 pm I have all day for family lunches, friends coffee and walks with my dog :)

If you were to write a book about yourself, what would you name it?

If I write a book, I would name it ' Dont look back'

The reason for naming it like that is because in every decision in my life where I couldn't decide what to do, I would focus on the future and plans, I would never go back and rethink what to do or what not to. I think we all need to enjoy life more and sometimes it is ok to take risks.

What is your proudest moment at Lloyds digital?

My proudest moment at Lloyds is not only one, there are several of it..

It's every growth of my colleagues, every project we finished and every new challenge I proudly decide to take as a new task.

I believe that the most great value is not the company itself, but it's people that makes us all stronger and we can proudly concour all challenges together.
