Time to meet the Head of Customer Engagement Department at Inoxoft, Viktoriya!
I joined Inoxoft 4 years ago. I had IT background, I had an understanding of how outsourcing works, and I had an understanding of how IT company looks like, since before I used to work in one of the biggest IT companies in Ukraine.
Inoxoft surprised me with its family spirit, transparency between all levels of employees and management, and good processes despite it's small size (~70 employees).
4 years ago, after closing my trial period I realized that Inoxoft's values are so close to my personal, so this company is my perfect fit. And these values are in the DNA of any Inoxofter. And even our growth of more than 200+ people, COVID-19, and quarantine restrictions don't prevent us to gather great professionals with shared values here at Inoxoft. I'm proud to be a part of this company and these people.

A friend of mine was working here, and she always described Inoxoft with such a big excitement and inspiration. I always saw a spark in her eyes when she was speaking about Inoxoft, and to be honest I was really intrigued - how is it possible? Later I understood how :)
At Inoxoft I tried the role of an engagement manager for the first time. And I was the only one in this department, under the supervision of one of the Company co-founders (now he's Head of Delivery). In the beginning, it was very scary since we were working with requirements, estimates, budgets, and quotes, and as result - Proposals and Agreements. It's a very responsible role and the price for any mistake is very high. But the set of my responsibilities and daily tasks is so diverse that it's the most interesting and challenging job in my experience.
Now I'm leading our Customer Engagement department. Our department has 3 Engagement Managers and a pre-sale group (Solution Architect, Software engineers, Business Analyst, and Designer). And this team is my pride! They are the best of the best and I can always count on each of them, and they know that they can count on me.

But it becomes challenging when during requirements discussion with prospective Clients on my question "Are there any existing mobile apps similar to the app that you want to build?" they refer me to some iOS-only mobile apps :) In these cases, my teammates are ready to support me))

The growth of my subordinates. We have a very peculiar job, and onboarding to our department is quite long: many processes, nuances, details that you need to know and be able to do. And when you see that your people become autonomous, that they can think outside the box, that they personalize their work with each client and each request, they can suggest and implement smart decisions and approaches, and as a result - our clients are happy, they value cooperation with us and ready to start new projects - these are the most wonderful moments and feelings.
An inquisitive girl who was always looking for adventures, was able to find them and knew how to get out in different situations.
