Meet Kristina, a very important member of our QA team. She has been here for one year, but she already has gained huge amounts of experience both in testing and partially project management.
Kristina in her cheerful QA team.
I joined Gauss to try something completely new and different from my previous jobs, to try myself in a more dynamic atmosphere that offers new challenges every day.
What is really important to me and keeps me here is definitely the work atmosphere, work colleagues that are pleasant to work with, and their constructive and helpful approach as much as exciting and dynamic work.
If they are interested in this industry, if they have the will and desire to successfully perform the jobs that would be put in front of them, they should definitely try to build their path in our Gauss team. Because here along with many benefits that the employee has, they certainly have a wide range of opportunities to advance in any part of the company - from development to design, testing, etc.
The work environment is enjoyable and stimulating, and colleagues are in a good mood and always ready to help.
Every project in Gauss is special in its own way, and every single one that was put in front of me presented me with a kind of challenge, both in testing and in project management.
Throughout my time at Gauss, Iāve come across many projects, each of which has taught me something new. Some were exciting and some were less interesting, and although Celero was one of the most challenging complete projects, Iād have to single out āGaussBoxā.
In addition to being very extensive, complex, covering many business fields and providing opportunities for new ones, the most important thing is that it stems from my colleagues' ideas. They contributed to it significantly through their efforts and creative work.
QA team ābuildingā
Although I joined Gauss during the Coronavirus pandemic and didnāt know much about this āworldā before joining, I am proud because I managed to find myself and stay here and actually in a relatively short time for a beginner to progress to the position I am currently in.
I was also incredibly proud when the director and other colleagues put in front of me some tasks that I considered very responsible, important, and significant at the time. But most of all, I am proud to be part of the Gauss family.
I spend my free time exploring new things that interest me the most at a given moment. I like hanging out with friends and family, playing board games, going out to explore and to be in nature, relaxing and long walks, spending time with dogs...
For me, success in life can be achieved in different ways. One, of course, is business success. The goal is to work hard, learn and day by day be better at what I do, but most important of all is to love the work I do.
I believe that we have succeeded in life if what we do, whether business or private, is done without pressure, without effort, and is done for the love of it, and to be fulfilled by what we do. Through new findings and experiences and with existing knowledge and skills, I try to give as much as possible in order to solve what I do in the best possible way.
Kristina tries to spend as much free time as possible in nature.
I am an iPhone type of person, although I have had Android privately for some time. Although I am currently working with Android at work, I am happier and more confident with the iOS system, and since using it, I think I would not go back to Android again.
Except for those "children's wishes", from the end of primary school, I was interested in economics, mostly in accounting, bookkeeping, various papers related to this part of business, plans, analysis, etc.
Still, by coincidence, I replaced my former ideal job. I can not compare with that, and I am incredibly pleased and grateful for this opportunity. Although my current job is entirely different from what I have seen myself in all my life, I am happy and fulfilled, and I go to work with ease.
Nothing in life is impossible. You just need to have the will and desire to do it. Here's how I see it: although we often encounter various challenges in life and successes, and we experience both failures and setbacks, it is essential not to give up even when it seems the most difficult.
We should focus on positive things, what makes us stronger, we should not be afraid because the fear of failure can only take us away and take us a step back.
