Time to meet the Sales Assistant at DVC Solutions, Jovana!

Why did you join DVC Solutions, and what has kept you here?

I joined DVC Solutions as a student intern. Decision to be part of the team was inspired by their social media presence, also after my first interview I was eager to join since the atmosphere was really positive and encuraging for me to develop as a young professional.

What kept me here was impeccable devotion to finding new ways to be present on the market as well promoting young people's dynamic to be better at your craft.

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

At my current position, I am part of the team that coordinates the company's sales startegy, we all work together to ensure that we are always aligned with market trends. I have completed many tasks and projects that provide valuable data for the leadership team in my company.

For example, I use my analytical and technology skills to gather statistical data regarding market to ensure competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends. As part of my duties is worth mentioning lead researching and navigating them on Hubspot.

How do you balance your career at DVC Solutions and friends & family?

I am very pleased to say that I have a lot of flexibility regarding my current role and my private life. I am still studying at University, therefore it is really important to have healthi relationship with all of the above. I enjoy my time at Uni, but also i highly value my family.

One thing that realy helps it that my company is super supportive when it comes to work-life balance, and in my case especialy with studies.

What are 3 words to describe DVC Solutions?

It is not easy to use only three words, but my go would be: Amicable, dynamic and agile.

There is a lot more things to say, but those words are the first that come to mind when trying to sumarise DVC's culture. Here at DVC Solutions our goal is to raise the bar together, so I find this environment very inspiring.

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of DVC Solutions?

The most exciting aspect of this company is the approach that we have to the whole industry, and that is to do exciting projects with integrity.

This is a dynamic company culture where employees are eager to succeed. What i find pretty exciting is that there are not two days the same, our company nurishes constant learnig and unique approach every single project, which motivates employees to always strive for more in trems of knowledge.

How has DVC Solutions helped you in your career development?

Job training and continuing education helps to fuel my career growth. DVC has established mentoring program, in which I participated, it tremendosly helped to transfer the knowledge from tenured team members.

Company's management encourage team members to pursue relevant business courses and workshops that will further their career advancement, through in-house training. I attended different courses and I truly value given opportunities.

Also, they helped me to navigate my career since I came into the company as a student so it was really helpfull to hear advice from my colleagues. There are lively conversations happening and lots to be learned. I will be expected to grow in my role and help the team evolve.
