What do you like most about CyberLab Solutions?

What I like most about the Cyberlab company is the atmosphere that reigns in the company itself. All the employees of the company are friendly, and always available for companionship and help. The management team treats everyone in the same way, which meant a lot to me when I got employed because I had just started learning DevOps and I was very glad that the Seniors and I had the same treatment and the same conditions (in terms of equipment, annual conditions and Similarly).

From the beginning of my work in the company, I never once felt pressure from my superior, on the contrary, if I wasn't satisfied with a project, I would get another one that would give me a better chance for career development, which is something that rarely happens. The fact that I recommended it to all my colleagues from the university and a few of them got a job in it speaks volumes about how much I like the company I work for.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

On a daily basis, what I have to do is watch at least one episode of a good series. In addition to being in love with watching series and movies, I am also in love with sports.

Until recently, I played recreational soccer regularly, but now I'm slowly switching to playing tennis. And when there is an opportunity, sometimes I play the guitar and sing for myself or my friends

How do you define success in life?

I would define success in life as equal fulfillment of a person in family and business life. Although it is very difficult to find the right balance between work and family in life, you should strive for it. Achieving just one of these can give us immediate satisfaction, but in some long-term plan, we will feel unfulfilled in life.

How do you describe your work personality vs. your home life personality?

As a person at work, I am the same as a person in private. This is something that will keep me in this company for a very long time because I don't need to pretend or hesitate in any segment at work and I can be who I am.

I would like and recommend such a working environment to everyone, because it is guaranteed to reduce stress in their lives.

Describe what you were like at age 10.

At age of 10, I was a creature who was interested in every segment of this life and this planet. I really liked to hang out and talk to everyone.

I showed interest in various spheres of education, but I was always attracted to mathematics and programming, even at that age. I was very dedicated to school and dreamed of what I do and live today.
