Time to meet the Senior Manager at CI&T, Miriane!

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of CI&T?

The most exciting aspect of CI&T is that it is always reinventing itself and accepting that change is natural. We are prepared to serve our customers at any stage: whether just contributing to the development or participating in the development of the customer's strategy. Furthermore, people are valued within CI&T and everyone is treated the same, having the same opportunities. This makes CI&T a great place to work for.

What have you gained from working at CI&T?

At CI&T we have a slogan: “We develop people before we develop software”. This sentence is from our CEO and sums up our spirit well. It reflects how much we believe that at CI&T, people come first. It is with this thought in mind that we highly value the skills, knowledge, impacts generated and also the potential of people.

Why did you join CI&T, and what has kept you here?

I joined CI&T because the company I used to work for was acquired by CI&T and when I got to know the structure, values and work structure, I fell in love with the company. Working here is making sure that you are heard and that you have a voice. The daily challenges also motivate me a lot to stay at CI&T and bring friends to work here.

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

I am responsible for maintaining a good relationship with our customers and helping them with their projects and challenges to achieve good productivity in the development of their projects using digital efficiency. I love having meetings with clients to explore their needs and understand how we can help them.

If you could pick one theme for CI&T to turn into a book about the company, what would it be?

This is already real in our company. The book Faster Faster was written to talk about Lean Philosophy, which is a management methodology that optimizes costs and reduces a company's time and waste, which was adopted by the company. In addition, it also talks about the management model based on Adhocracy.

What is the favourite part about working for CI&T?

It's knowing that I work in a serious and very competent company, focused on continuous improvement and giving space to everyone. In addition, it seeks the best for its clients, either by offering highly qualified professionals or by understanding and building together the client's strategy. Here we are heard and we have the freedom to create and bring new opportunities and challenges to the company.
