Starting a QA career with ASD team

What do you find to be the most exciting aspect of Advanced Software Development?

All employees are young and promising, cheerful and friendly.

The company often organizes outdoor activities for its employees and it's always fun. Such activities help people to establish communication.

I like that the company sincerely welcomes new employees, believes in them, motivates and helps them to move forward.

What are 3 words to describe ASD?

In my opinion, ASD employs only professionals, so the first word is professionalism.

It is also important for the company that customers are satisfied so the team does everything possible and impossible to achieve this. So I think the second word is responsibility.

And the third no less important characteristic of the company is self-development to always keep up with the times.

What is on your wishlist for the next 5years with Advanced Software Development?

For the next 5 years I'm going to start the QA courses in our company for beginners, who want to try themselves in QA engineering. Actually I'm already working on this idea.

How do you balance your career at Advanced Software Development and friends & family?

It's easy to balance careers, friends and family if you have a clear work schedule. Good planning of a working day and daily tasks is very important. I always try to follow this plan and finish all my tasks before the end of the working day. After work, I have free time to spend with friends and family.

What have you gained from working at ASD?

I have been working for the company for more than 5 years and during this time I have gained invaluable experience in software testing. This was my first serios experience of quality engineer. I also serve as a team leader and conduct interviews to hire new members of the QA team. I also gained experience in training new team members and I really like it.

I also made a lot of friends and it's great that we can share knowledge and develop together.

Based on my story yщu can see that the ASD company provides many opportunities for self-development for every employee. I really like that the contribution of each employee is appreciated here and it is very motivating.
